Summary/Objective Behind every great sales team is someone who makes everything run. At DecisionHR, that someone is our Sales Coordinator. This role sits at the nerve center of our sales operation — supporting and collaborating closely with the Sales Assistant to ensure our pipeline moves fast, our proposals are flawless, and our reps never lose momentum to administrative friction.

Essential Functions
Manage and coordinate the end-to-end proposal process — ensuring accurate, professional proposals reach prospects quickly and nothing falls through the cracks.
Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate, timely data — new submissions, pipeline updates, and prospect records.
Support the Senior Vice President of Sales with special projects as needed.
Collaborate day‑to‑day with the Sales Assistant to divide and conquer administrative tasks, freeing our sales reps to focus entirely on selling.
Coordinate internal communication between sales, operations, and other departments to keep deals on track.
Monitor pipeline activity and flag time-sensitive items so no opportunity gets stuck in neutral.
Help prepare client-facing materials and supporting documentation for the sales team.
Jump in on special projects, process improvements, and sales initiatives as priorities evolve.
Required Education and Experience
2 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication professional, warm, and clear
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Education and Experience
Background in PEO, HR, payroll, insurance, staffing, or professional services
Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level teams
Familiarity with proposal generation tools or sales enablement platforms
A track record of making the people around you more effective
Experience using power point
