As a Sales Account Executive , you will be responsible for driving new business, managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities, and converting qualified leads into funded transactions. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a background in B2B sales, consultative selling, and financial services.
What We Offer
5–15 pre-qualified, live warm leads daily (plus inbound website inquiries)
Competitive pay: $19/hour + commission
Earnings potential of $10k–$15k/month in your first 3 months
Monthly performance bonuses and up to 25% commission on new/renewal deals
Top Sales Account Executives fund $100k–$200k GM/month

Responsibilities
Field inbound calls from qualified business owners and convert them into funded deals
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closing
Follow up with past clients to generate repeat business opportunities
Provide consultative sales support, tailoring financing solutions to client needs
Build and manage a strong pipeline through relationship-building and strategic prospecting
Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and best practices in financial sales
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in business lending (MCA’s, LOC’s, SBL’s, Equipment Financing)
1–5 years of B2B or financial sales experience preferred
Strong prospecting, closing, and client relationship skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to advance within a growing organization
