Responsibility: Manage and Scale Philippines-Based Sales Team
Position Overview We are building a high-performance international sales operation focused on acquiring and serving clients across the United States and the United Kingdom. The sales team will be primarily based in the Philippines, while sales leadership will be managed from the United States.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead this initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through direct B2B sales while simultaneously recruiting, managing, coaching, and scaling a Philippines-based sales team.
This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader who is entrepreneurial, highly accountable, and comfortable operating in a performance-based environment during the company’s growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients in the United States and the United Kingdom
Conduct discovery meetings and sales presentations
Develop proposals and negotiate commercial terms
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution
Build long-term client relationships to support retention and expansion opportunities
Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor Philippines-based sales personnel
Establish performance expectations and accountability standards
Monitor team productivity and sales effectiveness
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
Support professional development and career growth of team members
Support a collaborative and growth-focused remote work environment
Performance Monitoring & Accountability
Track team activities using CRM and workforce management platforms
Review prospecting activity, pipeline progression, and sales metrics
Monitor adherence to company processes and quality standards
Ensure accurate reporting and documentation across the sales organization
Reporting & Strategic Communication
Provide weekly executive reports to the Founder
Closed opportunities
Team productivity
Operational challenges and recommendations
Sales Process Development
Design and continuously improve sales workflows
Develop sales playbooks, scripts, templates, and training materials
Implement quality assurance and performance management systems
Optimize sales processes for scalability and efficiency
Foster a high-performance, results-oriented sales culture
Promote integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Lead by example through personal sales achievements and leadership effectiveness
Support a collaborative and growth-focused remote work environment
Candidate Requirements Experience & Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
Minimum 2 years of experience managing remote sales teams
Prior experience working with offshore or Philippines-based teams preferred
Demonstrated history of closing high-value contracts, preferably totaling USD $100,000+ deals
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Technical Competencies Experience using sales and workforce management tools such as Productivity & Tracking Platforms:

Similar monitoring and reporting tools
Compensation Structure Months 1–12 (Founding Growth Phase)
Compensation Model: 100% Commission-Based
Earn 15%–20% of net profit generated from closed deals
Commission percentage determined by experience, performance, and contribution
No cap on earnings
No fixed salary during the initial 12-month period
Month 13 and Beyond (Executive Employment Transition)
Upon demonstrating consistent performance in both personal sales production and team leadership, the successful candidate may transition into a permanent executive leadership position.
Executive Compensation Package Includes
Base Salary: Based on the first 12 month’s performance
Continued Commission: 15%–20% of net profit (no reduction)
Equity Participation: 0.5% – 1.5% ownership stake
Additional executive-level benefits as determined by the company
Availability Requirements Candidates must be willing to maintain regular overlap with the Philippines Team hours to support team leadership and communication.
Approximately 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (or equivalent overlap as agreed)
Corresponding overlap with the Philippines Team operations Flexibility may be required based on business needs and team growth.
