Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) estimateur(trice) junior à intermédiaire pour se joindre à notre équipe au bureau de Montréal.
Rôles et responsabilités
- Faire des relevés de quantité et de matériel de manière précise
- Identifier et analyser les conditions générales et particulières d'un projet
- Proposer et analyser des alternatives aux spécifications des dessins
- Solliciter et inviter des sous-traitants et fournisseurs à soumissionner
- Analyser les offres reçues et préparer les documents de soumission
- Assister à l'ouverture des soumissions et aux visites de chantier
- Collaborer avec le chargé de projet pour le transfert de la soumission au démarrage
Profil recherché
- DEC en estimation et évaluation en bâtiment (Montmorency ou équivalent) ou 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en estimation commerciale, industrielle ou institutionnelle
- Bilingue français/anglais (lecture et écriture)
- Bonne compréhension des métiers de la construction, matériaux et méthodes
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Connaissance du BSDQ, SEAO et MERX : un atout
- Expérience avec Estimateur et E-Plans : un atout

Estimator – Junior to Intermediate | Montreal
We are a general contractor specializing in commercial, industrial and institutional construction and renovation, delivering public and private projects across Quebec.
We are looking for a junior to intermediate estimator to join our Montreal office team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform precise quantity and material takeoffs
- Identify and review general and specific project conditions
- Propose and analyze alternatives to drawing specifications
- Solicit and invite subcontractors and suppliers to bid
- Analyze received offers and prepare tender documents
- Attend tender openings and site visits as required
- Collaborate with the project manager on submission handoff at project start-up
Who We're Looking For
- DEC in building estimation (Montmorency or equivalent) or 1–3 years of experience in commercial, industrial or institutional estimation
- Bilingual French/English (reading and writing)
- Solid understanding of construction trades, materials and methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of BSDQ, SEAO and MERX: an asset
- Experience with Estimator and E-Plans: an asset
