Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55,000 to $75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85,000+.
About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you’ll have the tools, training and support you need to succeed from day one. The position is available for candidates based in the state of Florida.
You will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (Example 11 am–8 pm CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and a wired high‑speed internet connection with a minimum 100 Mbps download speed and 20 Mbps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services.
All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing!
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
