Develop and grow a pipeline of commercial title and escrow opportunities through direct prospecting and relationship building Establish and maintain strong referral relationships with commercial real estate attorneys, lenders, developers, REPE groups, and brokers Own the sales process from lead generation through deal closing, coordinating with internal teams to ensure execution Serve as the primary client contact for commercial transactions, managing expectations and resolving issues as they arise Expand existing client relationships and increase share of wallet through superior service and responsiveness Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and activity tracking Provide market and competitive intelligence to sales and operations leadership Ensure compliance with all applicable title insurance and settlement regulations and internal policies

Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B direct sales experience (commercial real estate or title strongly preferred) Proven ability to build and maintain professional referral relationships Working knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and closing processes Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Self-motivated with disciplined pipeline and CRM management Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience selling commercial title and/or escrow services Familiarity with attorney-driven and lender-driven commercial deals Existing relationships within the Texas commercial real estate market
The expected salary range for this role is $162,500-$250,000/year. Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
