What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning Implement and evaluate care interventions Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop individualized care plans
What You’ll Need
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program New graduates are encouraged to apply Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
