Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and optimal resident outcomes Monitor resident conditions, including vital signs, and report changes appropriately Promote restorative care to encourage resident independence and well-being Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all nursing care provided Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, patient-centered environment Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to facility standards Work in an environment that prioritizes mentorship, growth, and professional development Who We're Looking For
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Colorado or a compact state Graduate of an accredited nursing program Passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care Team-oriented, dependable, and committed to quality resident care Ready to take your career to the next level in a supportive, growth-oriented environment
