Job Description We are hiring for our client - Faithtalent Advisors.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pre-Sales Support Engineer with a strong background in drafting, particularly with facilities design. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of drafting experience and proficient skills in AUTOCAD. As a Pre-Sales Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the sales team to design and redesign plants using our equipment. This role will involve on-site visits to plants, where you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions using AUTOCAD.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Conduct on-site visits to plants to assess existing layouts and equipment configurations.
Develop detailed drawings and technical documentation using AUTOCAD for plant design or redesign and equipment layout.
Work closely with clients to customize solutions that meet their specific needs and optimize plant efficiency.
Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and technical materials for clients.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Associate in AutoCAD or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting, preferably in the food industry.
Proficiency in AUTOCAD and other drafting software.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Travel approximately 20% of the time to client sites.
