Job Overview Location: 4000 Millenia Blvd, Orlando, FL 32839. Position: Technical Support & Sales Representative. Pay: $20.00 per hour base pay (guaranteed). Schedule: 5 days per week (average). Full-time. Eligible for Pay Per Experience (PPX) incentive model after 4-6 weeks of training. Responsibilities Evaluate and troubleshoot customer concerns to identify technical issues. Deploy solutions with efficient, clear, courteous, and accurate communication. Use call center technology to record, track, and report customer issues. Meet sales and customer experience goals and grow from feedback and coaching. Sell Asurion smart home and other products on each call, meeting sales activity goals. Spending 4-8 hours daily working at a computer in a call center environment, using a headset 90% of the time. Escalate calls appropriately when necessary. Demonstrate integrity in serving, solving, and selling while listening to customer needs and acting in compliance with company values. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques. Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals in a sales role. Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns through memorization of product offerings. Strong attention to detail while multitasking with speed and accuracy. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customer, the business, and the team. Commitment demonstrated through a reliable track record of attendance and performance. Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software. Passing hiring assessment (soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge). Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn, including Windows, Android, BlackBerry OS, Apple iOS, and wireless technology. Not a remote position; required to work on-site at the Orlando location. Benefits Base pay guaranteed and paid biweekly. Earned pay can be accessed early. 3-4 weeks of paid training.
