We are expanding our footprint across the Tri-State area and are seeking established, high-performing Medical Sales Representatives who already know the landscape, hold the relationships, and have a proven track record of driving market share. If you are currently in medical sales and looking to elevate your career with a high-growth portfolio and a highly lucrative, stable W-2 structure, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Drive continuous revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within your assigned Tri-State territory. Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with key clinical stakeholders, surgeons, and administrative decision-makers. Deliver expert-level clinical presentations and product demonstrations to articulate clear value propositions. Manage the complete sales pipeline from initial prospecting through contract execution and account management. Qualifications Industry Expertise: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience, with a documented, successful track record specifically within medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales. Established Network: An active, strong network of relationships with physicians, specialists, surgical centers, or hospital networks within the Tri-State area. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to navigate complex clinical sales cycles, handle competitive conversions, and consistently exceed quarterly quotas. Autonomy: A self-starter mentality with the discipline to effectively manage and scale a high-potential geographic territory. Pay range and compensation package Top-Tier Earning Potential: Highly competitive base salary with an aggressive, uncapped commission structure driving realistic total compensation up to $300,000+ for top performers.
