The
Sr.
Network
Engineer
is a senior professional responsible for focusing on designing, implementing, and managing network solutions for on-premise and within cloud environments. Responsible for ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of cloud-based networks, as well as integrating these solutions with existing on-premise systems with a heavy emphasis on Zero Trust. Works closely with various cross-functional teams to support cloud infrastructure, automate network tasks, and optimize resources for cost-effectiveness while maintaining high availability and disaster recovery protocols.

Responsibilities
Leads the development and maintenance of secure, scalable network architectures across cloud environments.
Drives the design of advanced cloud network strategies for enterprise-level applications and services.
Architects and manages hybrid cloud solutions, integrating on-premises systems with cloud infrastructures.
Oversees the implementation of security best practices, including advanced firewall configurations and Zero Trust frameworks.
Continuously monitors, troubleshoots, and optimizes cloud network performance for maximum uptime and efficiency.
Spearheads the use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate network resource management and scaling.
Provides strategic oversight for analyzing and optimizing cloud network resources to reduce operational costs.
Designs and maintains disaster recovery solutions to ensure the continuity of critical business functions during network failures.
Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope and responsibility of the job level and family.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 years minimum prior relevant experience

Work-Life Harmonization -
The Association offers Paid Time Off (PTO) at a minimum of 16 days per year for new employees. The number of days will increase based on seniority level. You will also have a total of 12 paid holidays off each year, which includes several days off at the end of the year.
