For our headquarters in Poland, we are building a new, dynamic sales team . To strengthen our team, we are looking as soon as possible for a committed Sales Manager (m/f/d) who, with passion, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, will help shape the market success of our company.

We are building a new, dynamic sales team at our headquarters in Poland. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Director (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible – a strategic and motivated leader who drives our company’s success with passion and vision
Strategy Development You develop and implement sustainable business and sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and take targeted actions to drive the growth of our company.
Sales Leadership As a driving force in sales, you are responsible for increasing revenue, expanding market share, and achieving ambitious sales targets – always with a clear focus on success and customer satisfaction.
Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management With your enthusiasm for lighting solutions, you attract new customers and maintain long‑term partnerships. You serve as a trusted point of contact and impress through your expertise and service‑oriented approach.
Market Analysis You monitor market trends, analyze customer behavior and competitor activities, and derive actionable recommendations to continuously strengthen our market position.
Team Leadership As an inspiring leader, you build a high‑performing sales team, nurture talent, and create a motivating work environment where success comes naturally.
Representation You represent our company professionally and passionately – at trade shows, industry events, and with business partners – proudly showcasing our brand to the world.
Sales and Negotiation Skills You have a keen sense for customer needs and know how to conduct sales conversations convincingly. With your passion for sales, you successfully close deals and create lasting customer satisfaction.
Communication and Leadership Skills Whether in discussions with clients or within your team, you communicate clearly, confidently, and on equal footing. Your natural leadership qualities allow you to motivate people and achieve shared goals.
Intercultural Competence You navigate a global environment with ease, recognize cultural differences, and foster trust‑based collaboration through your empathy and understanding.
Industry Knowledge You possess in-depth expertise in the lighting industry and a strong understanding of market trends, technologies, and customer requirements. Your know‑how enables you to position innovative lighting solutions effectively.
Willingness to Travel Customer contact is more than just a job for you – you enjoy being on‑site to advise clients, nurture relationships, and identify new opportunities.
Education or Training A degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with solid sales experience provides the foundation for your success in this role.
