Business Development Manager - Nijmegen
We are looking for positive people with a can-do mentality to join our team in the Netherlands! We are talking about energy and a real hunger to build a successful career in sales! We have ambitious plans for the coming years and we need results-driven people to help us achieve them. Note: the first interview will be in English, but for this position fluent Dutch is required, as you will speak daily with restaurant owners across the Netherlands. Our top earners make up to €4500 per month, including base salary and unlimited commission. A Preview of What You Will Do:
Our BDMs are responsible for the overall success of their region. Your main task is to expand your customer portfolio through new business sales – this will probably take up about 80% of your time. In addition, you will continue to build and maintain relationships with existing restaurant partners to help them grow and be successful. A typical week may look like this: From Monday to Friday in the field to attend new business appointments and account management within your region. Working on daily KPIs and monthly sales targets! Optimizing the sales and profitability of existing customers – upselling, solving problems, and providing ongoing support. You will be supported by a telesales team that books appointments for you, but to be truly successful in this role, you must also be confident and proactive in generating your own leads and appointments. We help independent restaurants and takeaways be successful online by providing them with personalized brand websites, mobile apps, marketing, and EPOS systems. We make sure that small to medium-sized restaurants and chains avoid high commissions and keep control of their success.
