Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Medication Aides to join our healthcare team at the Cleveland County Jail. Whether you're looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, this opportunity offers meaningful work in a structured, team-focused environment where every shift matters. As a CMA, you'll play an important role in ensuring patients receive safe and timely medication administration while supporting the overall healthcare team. Why This Role Stands Out

Must be currently listed and in good standing on the North Carolina Medication Aide Registry
Previous experience as a Medication Aide, CMA, or in a healthcare setting preferred
Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication administration safety
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow established healthcare procedures
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to obtain and maintain facility security clearance What You'll Do
Administer medications under nursing supervision
Follow the Five Rights of Medication Administration
Assist with patient observations and vital signs as needed
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation
Support safe, consistent patient care in a secure healthcare setting
