About the Role A dedicated and growing organization in the Final Expense life insurance space is hiring Remote Final Expense Sales Agents through Worxweb Solutions. This is a fully remote, W-2 opportunity focused on inbound call-based sales, helping families across the country secure meaningful end-of-life coverage.
This role offers a guaranteed hourly base, per-policy commissions, and a compliance-first environment where experienced agents are trusted to manage their own production and deliver results from home. Agents coming from other IMOs are strongly preferred.
A minimum of one year of Final Expense sales experience and an active 2-15 Life and Health Insurance License with at least 10 active state licenses are required to be considered for this position.
What You Will Do
Take inbound calls from qualified consumers interested in Final Expense life insurance coverage
Guide clients through end-of-life and Final Expense coverage options clearly and compassionately
Answer questions about available plans and help customers select the best fit for their needs and budget
Build trust and rapport with clients to close policies efficiently and ethically
Maintain accurate documentation and client records in accordance with carrier requirements
Follow all compliance standards and regulatory guidelines without exception
Work independently and manage your own daily production in a fully remote setting
What We Are Looking For
Minimum of one year of Final Expense life insurance sales experience required
Active 2-15 Life and Health Insurance License required
Licensed in a minimum of 10 states required
No Vector hits and a strong compliance track record required
Reliable remote setup required: stable internet at 100 Mbps or faster, dual monitors, and a quiet dedicated workspace
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently from home
Experience coming from another IMO is strongly preferred
Priority licensing states include Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Alabama, Indiana, California, Tennessee, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, New York, Colorado, Washington, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, and Wisconsin. Candidates licensed in the greatest number of these states will be given priority consideration.
Compensation and Benefits
Base pay of $21.00 per hour, W-2, guaranteed
$50.00 commission per policy sold, paid in addition to base pay
Estimated annual earnings of $50,000 to $100,000 based on production
This is a full-time, W-2 employee position
