Job Description Job Description Cathy’s Place – Retail & Warehouse Team Members (Cape Cod) Join a fast-growing boutique blending in-store experience with a thriving eCommerce business About Cathy’s Place Cathy’s Place is a family-owned women’s boutique that has grown from a beloved Cape Cod storefront into fast growing eCommerce brand. We combine a warm, personalized in-store experience with a rapidly expanding online business—giving our team a unique opportunity to be part of both retail and digital growth. We’re building something special: a modern boutique that feels personal, fast-paced, and full of opportunity.
Open Positions We are currently hiring for two key roles: 1. Sales Floor Associate (Retail) Be the face of Cathy’s Place and create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. What You’ll Do: Greet and assist customers with styling and product recommendations Build genuine relationships with customers and create a welcoming store environment Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store looking beautiful Process transactions and handle customer inquiries Stay knowledgeable on current inventory and trends What We’re Looking For: Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Interest in fashion, styling, or retail Ability to thrive in a customer-facing environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Prior retail experience is a plus (but not required)
2. Warehouse Shipping Associate (Ecommerce) Help power our fast-growing online business by ensuring orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately. What You’ll Do: Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision Prepare shipments and print/apply shipping labels Receive and organize incoming inventory Process returns and restock merchandise Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Self-motivated and dependable Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus
