Achieve sales targets by effectively selling products and services and articulating the Company’s advantages. Employ consultative sales techniques to assess customer needs, overcome objections, and provide personalized solutions. Enhance customer engagement by transitioning inquiries into sales opportunities and educating customers on the Company’s offerings. Build and maintain customer rapport, ensuring a unique and positive experience through personalized interaction. Uphold professionalism and integrity, demonstrating active listening and problem‑solving skills in customer communications. Navigating complex systems to accurately process sales transactions and maintain high performance in a dynamic environment. Collaborate within the sales team to promote a cohesive customer experience and support collective goal achievement. Adhere to established sales processes and protocols to consistently deliver excellent customer service and support sales objectives. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills
