Seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join a remote call center team, who will manage incoming and outbound customer inquiries, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales performance in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to potential customers in a fast-paced environment Build rapport with customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate products and services Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals while accurately entering customer and order details into CRM systems
Required qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of inbound phone sales or customer service experience in a high-volume environment Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred Comfortable working in a metrics-driven call center environment High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Strong multitasking ability and technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and general computer systems
