Diehl of Massillon is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to fill our business development center (BDC) role. Whether you're experienced or just getting started in customer service, this is a great opportunity to enter or grow in the automotive industry with a great brand! What You'll Do: Assist sales representatives in answering inbound sales calls, emails, and internet leads promptly and professionally. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule sales appointments. Maintain accurate notes in the CRM system (Tekion). Work closely with sales associates to make sure sales leads and tasks are being completed accurately and in a timely manner. Work closely with sales managers to discuss lead performance and meet dealership goals. Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships. What We're Looking For: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset. Prior customer service or phone sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus). Comfortable using phones, email, and computer systems. Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills. What We Offer: Base pay + monthly bonuses and commission.
