Voor Robotica Accounting zijn wij op zoek naar een Assistent Accountant die ondernemers ondersteunt met hun financiële administratie én actief meedenkt over slimmer werken. Binnen deze functie krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid, persoonlijk klantcontact en volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een modern administratiekantoor dat sterk inzet op automatisering en proactief advies.
Jouw rol
Als Assistent Accountant ondersteun je klanten bij hun financiële administratie en fiscale verplichtingen. Je werkt in een betrokken team en draagt bij aan een efficiënte, digitale dienstverlening.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Het samenstellen van jaarrekeningen
- Het verzorgen van btw-aangiften
- Het voorbereiden van IB- en VPB-aangiften
- Het controleren en verwerken van administraties
- Het opstellen van tussentijdse rapportages
- Het signaleren van verbeterkansen voor klanten
- Het ondersteunen bij verdere automatisering van administratieve processen
Door jouw inzet zorg je ervoor dat klanten altijd beschikken over actuele financiële inzichten waarmee zij hun onderneming beter kunnen sturen.
Wie we zoeken
Voor deze functie zoeken wij een kandidaat die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:
- Een afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding in Accountancy of Bedrijfseconomie
- Relevante werkervaring binnen accountancy of administratie is een pré
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht
- Je toont initiatief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
- Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk
- Je hebt affiniteit met automatisering en digitalisering
- Goede kennis van Excel
- Ervaring met Exact, Nextens of Odoo is een pré
