Über
You'll be responsible for providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects. We provide you with paid training, pre-set and pre-qualified leads, a flexible schedule, and excellent supportive company culture. This role is ideal for sales professionals who have a passion and strong ability to connect with others, build genuine rapport and close sales.
This position is fully uncapped 1099 commission sales. Our design consultants average between $1,500 - $5,000 per signed agreement. (The average annual income is between $150,000 - $200,000.)
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US *Paid Training (In classroom, online materials, and exams to prove product knowledge and skills) *Longevity and Career Growth *No Cold Calling, Pre-Set, Pre-Confirmed/ Qualified Appointments *Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses, high earning income potential *1099 Commission Sales, uncapped sales structure *Samples & Proprietary Software *Coverage territory of 120-mile radius, plenty of great leads
RESPONSIBILITES *Engage with customers to understand their home improvement needs and provide tailored design solutions with pre-scheduled appointments *Utilize effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction *Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with layout design and renovation ideas *Maintain knowledge of current trends in home improvement to drive high-end sales and enhance customer experience
REQUIREMENTS *Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle *Pass Our Background Check *3+ years of Home Improvement Sales, Outside Sales or Sales Management *Empathetic listening and persuasive speaking *Experience with Apple products preferred *A proven track record in building rapport and closing sales *Flexible Schedule (Choose your schedule in advance) *Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills *Able to provide our Signature Service, honest and genuine approach with every customer appointment
