- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Logistik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, vorzugsweise im logistiknahen Umfeld oder in der Industrie sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Budgetierung, Forecast-Erstellung und Abweichungsanalyse
- Erfahrung in der Analyse und Steuerung von Kostenstrukturen, insbesondere im Bereich Logistik
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel (Pivot, Power Query, etc.) sowie sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Zahlenaffinität
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten und Managemententscheidungen fundiert zu unterstützen
- Reisebereitschaft, insbesondere zu operativen Einsätzen oder Abstimmungen innerhalb der relevanten Standorte
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur Durchführung einer behördlichen Zuverlässigkeitsprüfung gemäß §7 Luftsicherheitsgesetz
