Binnen de Ownership Experience afdeling zijn we voor ons CRM-team op zoek naar een Coördinator Customer Data & Quality.
Als Coördinator Customer Data & Quality neem jij ownership over de governance, kwaliteit en lifecycle van onze klantdata. Jij borgt dat onze data-ecosystemen consistent, compliant en futureproof zijn, zodat alle commerciële, operationele en strategische domeinen kunnen sturen op een betrouwbare Single Customer View.
Wij zitten midden in een transitie naar een volledig datagedreven operating model. Binnen het CRM team bouwen we aan next gen tooling, AI-gedreven personalisatie, intelligente workflows en eventbased customer journeys. Jouw rol is daarin cruciaal: de kwaliteit van de onderliggende data bepaalt immers de performance van al onze algoritmes, automatiseringen en decisioning logica.
Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen business, CRM, IT en externe databronnen. Geen analysebaan en geen IT rol, maar een coördinerende functie met regie, overzicht en directe impact. Dankzij jou kunnen we écht opschalen richting AI first CRM.

De verantwoordelijkheden die wij je o.a. toevertrouwen zijn:
- Bewaken van definities, structuur en gebruik van klantdata binnen de organisatie
- Zorgen voor eenduidige datastandaarden en datavelden
- Beheren van datadocumentatie en afspraken (data governance)
- Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van datavervuiling
- Inrichten van structurele kwaliteitscontroles
- Vastleggen hoe data wordt ingevoerd, gewijzigd en gebruikt in processen
- Ondersteunen bij implementaties, migraties en systeemwijzigingen als projectmanager
- Nieuwe initiatieven data-en AI-proof inrichten.
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor vraagstukken rondom klantdata
- Adviseren van afdelingen over correct datagebruik
- Vergroten van datadiscipline binnen teams (proces + gedrag)
Wat vragen wij van jou?
- Je hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding in Bedrijfskunde, Data Management, CRM, Informatiekunde of vergelijkbaar
- Je hebt affiniteit en minimaal 4 jaar ervaring met datakwaliteit, procesverbetering en structureren van informatie
- Je kent je weg in CRM en klantdatasystemen, inclusief ervaring met Salesforce.
- Je schakelt makkelijk tussen business en IT
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en weet anderen mee te nemen in verbeteringen
- Je bent analytisch sterk, maar vooral praktisch ingesteld: jij zorgt dat het ook écht werkt
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en neemt van nature eigenaarschap
