The role involves performing data validation, building quality monitoring processes, supporting migration testing activities, and ensuring accurate and reliable reporting for healthcare analytics and business users. Requirement/Must Have
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake. Strong SQL proficiency and experience working with ETL pipelines. Experience with data validation and quality assurance frameworks. Experience working with large datasets and complex data environments. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to support migration testing and data certification processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience
Experience with Snowflake queries, data modeling, and data sharing. Experience validating and certifying enterprise data. Experience supporting data migration and cutover activities. Support analytics and reporting needs for Medicare STARS business users. Document data lineage, validation, and certification processes. Monitor and resolve data quality issues to maintain reliable reporting and analytics. Should Have
