Account Development Representative (H/F) - Watchguard
En tant qu'Account Development Representative (H/F) , vous allez rejoindre l'équipe commerciale, basée à Paris (Courbevoie), composée de commerciaux sédentaires et de Business Developers.
En tant qu'un Account Development Representative (H/F) , vous aurez pour mission la génération de leads en coopération avec les Business Developers. Au travers de campagnes outbound via emails ou appels téléphoniques, votre mission sera de créer des listes de prospects pertinents.
Parmi vos responsabilités, vous allez retrouver aussi :
- assurer le coté opérationnel des ventes
- établir les cotations, répondre aux appels des clients, leur donner des informations sur les prix et les produits
- garantir un suivi des affaires auprès de nos partenaires sur les affaires en cours
- communication régulière par téléphone ou par email avec les partenaires
- répondre aux interrogations des partenaires sur des sujets divers (certifications, niveau de partenariat, compréhension du pricing, post sales,...)
- travailler en binôme avec les Business Developers
- développer une excellente connaissance des produits et des solutions du coté éditeur et Arrow (participation à des formations/séminaires/webinars organisés par l'éditeur ou/et Arrow)
- une activité terrain régulière, incluant des rencontres en face à face avec les clients
Votre profil :
- Issu(e) d'une formation de type Bac+4 ou Ecole de Commerce, vous justifiez déjà d'une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire
- Doté(e) d'un bon sens relationnel, rigoureux et autonome, vous souhaitez vous investir au sein d'une entreprise dynamique
- Véritable âme de chasseur(se), vous aimez la prospection et le contact avec le client
- Vous disposez d'une très bonne élocution, d'un sens de l'écoute, d'une réelle capacité à convaincre et d'une réelle aisance téléphonique
- Connaissance d'outils de CRM serait un atout
