You’ll Do
as a Talent Acquisition Partner: Source Candidates: Identify and engage top candidates for the roles you work on. Candidate Briefing: Prepare candidates with personalized insights to increase their chances of success. Use the juucy platform: submit candidates, receive feedback, and track hiring progress. Enhance the Candidate Experience: Share detailed feedback with candidates to build strong, lasting relationships. What We Expect from You: You’re a registered freelancer or operate through a business entity. You have proven experience in recruiting and a track record of delivering strong candidates. You work in a structured, efficient way and know how to move candidates through the process. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
