In this role, you’ll work closely with our founding team to help define and execute our technical vision and contribute to a world-class research, engineering, and GTM organization. We want to work with immensely thoughtful, voraciously curious, and mission-driven contributors. You will play a pivotal role in driving forward GTM through technical sales, communicating sales insights back to inform product engineering decisions, helping support customer PoCs and other pre‑sales testing, supporting key account management post‑sales, and improving our technical sales processes. Ideally we’re looking to work with folks who have over 8 years of experience across technical sales and account management, with a focus in AI, ML, developer tools, and infrastructure. You can read some notes on our culture here . 8+ years of experience across sales engineering and account management with a focus in AI, ML, developer tools, and infrastructure Experience with both pre- and post-sales technical customer engagements Experience selling highly technical products in the 0 to 1 phase Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence Exceptionally versatile and high ownership Complementary qualities Ability to be hands on keyboard and drive forward technical implementations Data‑driven approach to decision making and strategy development Strong OSS contributions / developer community engagement (nice to have) Leadership, hiring, and management skills (nice to have) Experience working in a startup environment of Compensation, benefits, and perks $185-275K salary (70% base + 30% variable) plus equity* San Francisco and New York office spaces Full remote friendly policy Unlimited paid time off Paid parental leave $3000 yearly personal equipment and personal development stipend ($50K*years at Not Diamond) investment in your next startup * Final compensation offers are based on a candidate's years of experience, geographic location, and personal preferences for balancing between cash and equity.
