About the Role
In this role, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative (B-CSR) provides excellence in customer service to our customers regarding order placement and issue resolution.
We are proud to offer full-time remote work for our Bilingual Customer Service team; however, there is a requirement to be in office 2 days per month to meet with the Customer Service team.
What will you do?
- Responsible for several key customer service tasks including order entry and the resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
- Empowered to build relationships with customers by “owning” customer issues, being responsive and proactive, and consistently providing a high level of customer follow-up and service.
What you bring
- High school graduate
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is a strong asset
- Capable of handling a large volume of calls while maintaining professional and efficient service
- Ability to think problems through and recommend creative solutions to nonstandard customer issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) in a professional manner with K&F customers and internal K&F departments
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
- Proactive nature, high attention to detail, and takes initiative
What’s in it for you?
This position offers a salary range of $48,447 - $56,243. The final salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined by factors including location, relevant experience, skill level and education.

Dans ce rôle, le ou la Représentant(e) du service à la clientèle bilingue (RSC‑B) offre un service à la clientèle d’excellence à nos clients en matière de prise de commandes et de résolution de problématiques.
QUE FEREZ‑VOUS?
- Effectuer plusieurs tâches clés liées au service à la clientèle, incluant la saisie de commandes ainsi que la résolution des demandes et problématiques des clients.
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients en assumant la responsabilité complète des dossiers, en faisant preuve de réactivité et de proactivité, et en assurant un suivi constant et de haute qualité.
CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ
- Diplôme d’études secondaires
- Expérience préalable en service à la clientèle ou en centre d’appels (atout important)
- Capacité de gérer un volume élevé d’appels tout en maintenant un service professionnel et efficace
- Aptitude à analyser des problématiques et à recommander des solutions créatives pour des situations non standard
- Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles
- Capacité démontrée à travailler efficacement en équipe
- Aptitude à communiquer de façon professionnelle, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, avec les clients et les services internes de K&F
- Compétences Solides informatiques (applications Microsoft Office)
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome avec une supervision minimale
- Nature proactive, grand souci du détail et esprit d’initiative

Ce poste offre une échelle salariale variant entre 48 447 $ et 56 243 $. Le salaire final offert sera déterminé en fonction de facteurs tels que le lieu de travail, l’expérience pertinente, le niveau de compétences et la formation.
