Experience with BI tools and building dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work through moderately complex data challenges. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights. A collaborative mindset and growing ability to lead projects or mentor others. Nice To Have's Include: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Exposure to data warehousing concepts and modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). Experience with real-time or stream-processing systems. Background working with higher education data or in a consulting environment. Familiarity with data governance and data modeling best practices. Projects You Will Work On: Designing and enhancing enterprise data models for higher education institutions. Building scalable data pipelines for institutional performance metrics (enrollment, retention, finance, etc.). Developing advanced dashboards and reporting tools for executive-level decision-making.
