A Brief Overview Creates intuitive and verbally engaging user interfaces and experiences for digital products and applications by conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement content solutions that meet user needs. Ensures seamless user interactions, adheres to content design principles, and continuously iterates and improves designs based on user feedback. What You Will Do Designs systems to deliver innovative and impactful digital UX solutions, under general direction. Assesses specialized, functional areas to determine strategies for enhancing digital user experiences. Develops complex UX designs and prototypes, integrating theoretical concepts into practical solutions. Creates and enhances the user experience of digital products and services, with a focus on comprehension, usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. Utilizes specialized UX content knowledge and experience to influence strategic decision-making related to the enhancement and optimization of digital user experiences. Assists in the management of digital UX projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are completed within the established parameters. Conducts user research, such as surveys, usability testing, and data analysis, to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of the target audience. Implements processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in digital UX content Coaches and mentors junior-level content designers to help create intuitive and user-centered digital experiences. Minimum Requirements 5-7 years work experience Adept at problem solving and decision making skills Adept at collaboration and teamwork Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Education Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $166,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
