Volume, CSI and customer?experience incentives Additional income opportunities through product penetration and referrals Paid training and ongoing professional development Who We're Looking For: 2+ years of automotive sales experience preferred Proven ability to follow a sales process and close professionally Strong communication and relationship?building skills Customer?focused mindset with a commitment to honesty and transparency Self?motivated, reliable, and team?oriented Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence What You'll Do: Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers. Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers. Track customers using store specific management systems. Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories. Attend product and manufacturer training courses High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.
