Represent IT to the customer, users, and management for all aspects of project management and performance requirements, including finance, architecture, technology, systems development, IT services, service management and project schedules for enterprise level projects and/or a series of related, ongoing projects within the organization; provide guidance to the allocated project teams; support IT Managers on planning and achieving of strategic objectives. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Collaborates with customer from requirements gathering through product acceptanceAlign the program team to customer needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives based on input from all functional areas and stakeholders within the enterprise projectReview project schedules with functional project managers and project specialists allocated to projectsProvide guidance and motivation to project teams to successfully achieve project goal and corporate initiativesCommunicate project objectives in terms of overall strategic business objectivesServe as interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders and project sponsor(s)Devise creative solutions to critical customer and user needsObtain and summarize current project information and milestone status versus project performance baseline. Provide key stakeholders with regular project performance status, variances to plan, and identification of corrective actions (if required). Bachelor's degree required; degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business discipline preferred. Minimum 12 years of experience actively leading multiple IT projects of large size and/or scope with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience managing a program/portfolio with business and vendor partnering Exceptional communications and negotiating skills. PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred. Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience. The pay range for this role is $126,100 - $227,000. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: July 03, 2026.As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self.
