We are currently seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative to support business development and client outreach efforts within a rapidly growing organization. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in sales, enjoy working with people, and want to build strong communication and relationship-building skills in a professional environment.

In this position, you will focus on the early stages of the sales process by connecting with prospective clients, learning their needs, and introducing company services. You'll receive structured training and mentorship while gaining hands-on experience in outreach, client engagement, and sales strategy. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are motivated, competitive, and interested in growing into a long-term sales or business development career.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Reach out to prospective clients through phone, email, and other outreach channels
  • Initiate conversations to understand client needs and introduce company services
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and client interactions
  • Follow up with prospects to build relationships and maintain engagement
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop communication and sales skills
  • Support pipeline development and overall business growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Pay: $45,000-55,000/year + commission + bonus opportunities
