Wat ga je doen als service support outbound?
Je draagt bij aan een optimale communicatie met onze klanten. Hoe ga je dit doen? Enerzijds zul je onze klanten bellen om hen te wijzen op het aflopen van de APK, onderhoud en kwaliteitsverbeteringen voor hun auto en een afspraak inplannen. Anderzijds zul je onze klanten bellen nadat zij in de werkplaats zijn geweest om er zeker van te zijn dat alles naar wens is verlopen en of er nog op-en/of aanmerkingen zijn. Door jouw goede communicatieve vaardigheden zorg jij ervoor dat de gesprekken altijd in goede sfeer verlopen en onze klanten altijd naar volle tevredenheid goed geholpen worden.
Ben jij de nieuwe collega die wij zoeken?
Wij hoeven je uiteraard niet et vertellen dat je graag telefonisch in contact staat met onze klanten en hen zo goed mogelijk helpt. Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zorgt er altijd voor dat de klant bij ons koning is! Wil jij van deze functie echt een succes maken? Dan vragen wij ook:
- Een afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding
- Enige ervaring met (telefonische) verkoop
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Ervaring met MS office systemen
