We are building a high-performing enterprise sales team and looking for Account Executives who thrive in complex environments, lead executive conversations, and want to help define the next generation of the digital workplace. The Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading complex enterprise sales cycles and challenging customer thinking. Successful candidates bring a strong understanding of the Challenger Sales model, run disciplined deal processes, and are comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder environments. What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities Run disciplined deal management using a structured sales process Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Lead Challenger Conversations
Use the Challenger Sales methodology to lead consultative, insight-driven conversations Help customers rethink how AI can transform the employee experience Guide executive stakeholders through strategic digital workplace decisions Navigate Complex Organizations
Engage multiple stakeholders across
IT, Internal Communications, HR, and Digital Workplace leadership Build executive relationships within global enterprise organizations Manage complex buying cycles involving security, compliance, and Microsoft ecosystem considerations Articulate how AI, Microsoft Copilot, and enterprise knowledge platforms are reshaping the digital workplace Position Akumina as the experience and governance layer for AI within Microsoft 365 environments Help organizations unlock the value of AI-powered intranet and employee experience platforms Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Partner with Solutions Engineering to deliver compelling, outcome-focused demonstrations Work with marketing and partners to develop pipeline and thought leadership opportunities Provide field feedback to product and leadership teams What We're Looking For
Experience
7–12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience Proven track record of consistently exceeding $1M+ quota Experience selling into
global or Fortune 1000 organizations Experience engaging
IT, Communications, HR, or Digital Workplace leaders Strong understanding of the
Challenger Sales methodology Ability to control complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Working knowledge of
AI, Microsoft 365, or enterprise knowledge management platforms Ability to translate emerging AI trends into meaningful business conversations Why Join Akumina
