As a
Senior Sales Development Representative , you will play a critical role in driving pipeline and fueling revenue growth. You'll partner closely with Sales and Marketing to identify, engage, and qualify high-value prospects-primarily through outbound efforts.
This is a high-impact role with strong visibility and a clear path into closing roles.
Top performers are promoted into Account Executive positions within 12-18 months based on performance. What You'll Do Own outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels to generate new business opportunities Research and qualify target accounts, identifying key decision-makers and influencers Analyze prospect needs and align them with ShipHawk's solutions Schedule and set high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Educate prospects on ShipHawk's WMS and shipping software solutions Track all activity and pipeline in Salesforce Test new messaging, sequences, and outbound strategies-then scale what works Represent ShipHawk at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities as needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or MDR in a high-growth environment Proven track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven Curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve Ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams Experience in B2B SaaS or software sales strongly preferred Tools & Tech Stack Salesforce Outreach ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator Google Workspace Why ShipHawk Clear, performance-based path into Account Executive roles High-impact role with direct influence on revenue Fast-paced, collaborative startup environment Strong product-market fit in a growing logistics space Equity upside with planned exit trajectory Compensation & Benefits On-Target Earnings (OTE):
