Job Description

We're hiring motivated individuals who want more than just a job. In this role, you'll receive hands-on training, real-world sales experience, and employer-paid preparation for your state Property & Casualty license, all while earning a competitive salary. Job Duties:

  • Prepare for and obtain your Property & Casualty (P&C) license (company-sponsored).
  • Conduct business-to-business outreach via phone, email, and qualified lead sources.
  • Research prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Accurately complete insurance applications and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain and update Applied EPIC systems with details, accurate information.
  • Provide professional communication and support to clients and internal teams.
  • Follow established processes, templates, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license (contingent offer applies).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a professional office environment.
