Enterprise Account Executive
The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and generating new sales within assigned accounts and territory in the 1000+ fleet size space. This role partners with internal teams in Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Operations, and other cross‑functional groups to target and drive enterprise level opportunities, architect account strategy from end to end, and execute complex sales cycles professionally to enterprise‑level fleet clients. Responsibilities
Ensure the achievement of sales goals by evaluating current business, leveraging data analysis, identifying new sales opportunities, developing strategy to achieve targets, and executing action plans. Identify new business opportunities with prospects and evaluate their industry position through research and analysis. Maintain an executive presence and articulate ideas that add value to a client. Own the sales process for increasing complex deals with ~12‑month buying cycles involving multiple decision makers, requiring innovative solutions, integrations, influence on product roadmap, and head‑to‑head competition with rivals. Expand from selling current Lytx safety solutions to also selling telematics, integrations, and other services that deliver innovative products influencing corporate strategy. Serve as the point person on sales pursuits, orchestrating strategy and cross‑functional execution, leveraging influence and business acumen to win deals, while not serving as the account relationship manager. Partner with Demand Generation and Marketing leadership on campaigns, providing recommendations to incorporate into future efforts. Act as an internal mentor and leader to team members, impacting top line through others. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of successful consultative selling experience with 3 to 5 years enterprise‑level sales; SaaS‑based environment and/or fleet industry preferred. Demonstrated experience managing the full sales decision cycle (ROI, change management, stakeholder/leadership selling) with enterprise deals. Results‑driven, metric‑oriented sales professional capable of partnering cross‑functionally, building relationships, and leveraging stakeholders to consistently meet quotas/goals. Strong written communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical and business context in formal presentations at multiple organizational levels, including the executive level. Skillful identification and resolution of problems in complex situations through analytical skills, creativity, and judgement to convert prospects into clients. Organized, strong work ethic, adaptable, self‑motivated; able to source new prospects, build pipeline, maintain product knowledge, manage client escalations, present to clients, and maintain client data in Salesforce. Up to 50% travel may be required. An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required. Compensation
This role is paid a flat rate of $130,000.00 in addition to an incentive compensation plan. Benefits
