The Office of Josh Jagermann is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to work directly alongside Josh in supporting and organizing his luxury real estate business, representing tens of millions of dollars in sales annually, as well as providing operational and executive support across other business ventures and personal affairs based in Montréal.
While the role is heavily rooted in luxury real estate operations and transaction coordination, it extends far beyond a traditional assistant position. This individual will serve as a trusted right hand involved in executive support, operational management, organization, scheduling, project coordination, and oversight across multiple areas of business and personal operations, including investments and entrepreneurial initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, managing moving parts, anticipating needs, and helping a high-performing professional operate at a high level in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Real estate transaction coordination and operational support
- Calendar, scheduling, and priority management
- Client, vendor, and professional coordination
- Administrative and executive support
- Financial and investment-related organization alongside external professionals
- Systems, workflow, and project management
- General operational oversight across multiple initiatives

Le Bureau de Josh Jagermann est à la recherche d’une personne hautement organisée, proactive et rigoureuse afin de travailler directement aux côtés de Josh dans l’organisation et la gestion de son entreprise immobilière de luxe, représentant des dizaines de millions de dollars en ventes annuellement, ainsi que dans le soutien opérationnel et exécutif de ses autres entreprises et affaires personnelles basées à Montréal.
Bien que le rôle soit principalement axé sur les opérations immobilières de luxe et la coordination transactionnelle, il va bien au-delà d’un poste d’adjointe traditionnel. Cette personne agira comme un véritable bras droit impliqué dans le soutien exécutif, la gestion opérationnelle, l’organisation, la coordination de projets ainsi que le suivi de plusieurs activités professionnelles et personnelles, incluant certains investissements et initiatives entrepreneuriales.
Ce poste est idéal pour une personne qui aime créer de la structure, gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément, anticiper les besoins et contribuer au bon fonctionnement d’un environnement dynamique et performant.
