The Sales Account Representative position is an exciting opportunity for motivated, relationship-driven professionals who are passionate about business development and client engagement. As an integral member of our team, you will serve as a strategic partner to fertility clinics, healthcare providers, and pharmacy partners by building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting account success across your designated territory. We are seeking a Sales Account Representative to join our dedicated team at NewEra Pharmacy. This is a full-time remote position working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with fertility clinics, healthcare providers, and strategic business partners within the assigned territory. Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities to drive territory growth and increase market presence. Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing account support. Collaborate strategically with the Pharmacy Director, sales leadership, and pharmacy operations teams to align business objectives and maximize growth opportunities. Conduct regular outreach, presentations, and meetings with clients to strengthen partnerships and promote pharmacy services. Monitor account performance, provide updates on market trends, and identify opportunities for operational or service improvements. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of client needs and expectations. Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline updates, and territory performance within CRM systems. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, networking opportunities, and client meetings as needed. Stay informed on fertility industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving client needs within the healthcare landscape. Support special projects, initiatives, and additional duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1–3 years of sales, account management, business development, or client relationship experience required. Healthcare, pharmacy, fertility, or medical sales experience strongly preferred. Experience managing client relationships and growing business within a designated territory preferred. Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools is a plus.

Highly motivated, proactive, and self-directed with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range:
$90,000 – $110,000 annually (Final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications). Benefits:
