Senior Investor Relationship Manager (80-100%)
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine kommunikationsstarke und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Senior Investor Relationship Manager. In dieser Schlüsselrolle sind Sie das tägliche Bindeglied zwischen GreenState AG und unseren Investoren – und tragen wesentlich dazu bei, diese Beziehungen langfristig zu stärken und weiterzuentwickeln.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
Betreuung und Pflege von ca. 1'500 Unternehmensinvestoren als zentrale Ansprechperson
Tägliche Kommunikation mit Investoren per E-Mail, Telefon und persönlich
Erstellung und Versand regelmässiger Investor-Newsletter
Proaktive Information der Investoren über Unternehmensentwicklungen und Kennzahlen
Aktualisierung über Branchentrends und Entwicklungen, um Kundinnen und Kunden die neuesten Erkenntnisse und Ratschläge zu bieten
Organisation und Durchführung von 2–3 Investor-Events pro Jahr
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines strukturierten Investor-Relations-Programms
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Finanz- und Kommunikationsabteilung
Pflege der Investoren-Datenbank und CRM-Systeme
Anforderungen:
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Investor Relations, Finanzkommunikation oder Asset Management
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am täglichen Investorenkontakt
Erfahrung in der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Events
Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und digitalen Kommunikationstools
Fokussierte, disziplinierte und konsequente Arbeitsweise
Starke Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Verlässlichkeit und professionelles Auftreten
Sprachkenntnisse
