Position Details:
Coverage of assigned MHS facilities as outlined in practice plan.
Inpatient and ED consults.
Rounding.
Perform bedside procedures, including cystoscopies as well as other necessary urologic procedures.
Urgent/emergent surgery.
Clinic consults, follow ups and procedures
In-basket management.
Manage patient list.

MultiCare Health System is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a well-established and expanding group practice at Capital Medical Center in Olympia, Washington. - Completion of Residency Program
- Urologic oncology fellowship trained surgeon desired
- MIS robotic trained surgeon is a plus
- Open to new graduates
- Licensed in the state of WA by time of employment
- Board certified or board eligible in Urology by time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $625,000.00 - $625,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
