As a Retail Sales Associate you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives the best customer service./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliProvide excellent customer service/liliAbility to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management/liliLeading department and assisting/mentoring colleagues/liliConsistently promotes company programs including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships/liliAbility to establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers/liliMaintain the appearance of store which may include stocking and performing general housekeeping duties/liliMay cross train to perform other duties/liliPerform other miscellaneous duties as assigned/li/ulpWhat Youll Need to Have for the Role:/pulliHigh school education or equivalent/liliPrevious Retail experience preferred/liliSuperior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal/liliMust maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic/liliAbility to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends/liliMay hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/liliPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending/li/ulpIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
