Outside Sales Representative

Fish Window Cleaning is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial client base in the Las Vegas area. This is a territory-building role you'll be out in the field, meeting business owners and property managers face to face, writing estimates on the spot, and closing your own accounts.

What the job actually looks like:

  • MondayFriday, daytime hours only no nights, no weekends
  • You set your own daily route and manage your own pipeline
  • Most of your sales will come from consistent follow-up, not one-call closes
  • Uniforms and training provided

What you'll earn:

  • Base salary plus commission
  • Reps who follow our system consistently earn $45,000$55,000. Your results will depend on your activity
  • Income grows directly with the accounts you build and keep

What we're looking for:

  • Comfortable talking to strangers and asking for the business
  • Organized enough to follow up consistently this is where the money is made
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Sales experience is a plus, but coachable and persistent matters more

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

We are looking for courteous, self-motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
