Our phones are ringing. Our inboxes are full. Our current agents physically cannot keep up with the qualified leads coming through our system and that's why this posting exists.

Expert Real Estate Partners is a broker-owned firm with offices in Appleton and Oshkosh, serving the entire Fox Valley and Fox Cities region from Fond du Lac up through Green Bay, out to Waupaca, and everywhere in between. We're not a national franchise that treats agents like account numbers. Broker/Owner Duane Murphy personally knows every agent on the roster, and that's intentional.

Our full time agents that follow the system and utilize the training routinely make $80,000- $200,000. Our top agents exceed $250,000 per year.

We're hiring both newly licensed agents and experienced agents who are tired of being a number at their current brokerage.

What you'll actually get here (not the usual fluff):

Who we're looking for:

  • You're licensed in Wisconsin or you're actively studying for the exam and have a clear timeline to get licensed
  • You're a self-starter, not someone waiting to be managed. We'll train you and back you up. We won't babysit you.
  • You're hungry. You want to build a real career, not pick up a side hustle.
  • You're coachable. The agents who win here are the ones who follow the system instead of reinventing it in month one.
  • You can work full-time and have flexibility in your schedule (real estate doesn't fit a 9-to-5)

  • Part-timers looking to keep their day job
  • Agents who want to "do their own thing" with no structure
  • Anyone who wants a salary instead of commission income

At Expert Real Estate Partners, You're More than a Number.

Responsibilities:

  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community

Qualifications:

  • Great communication and social skills
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
