About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be at the front lines of our continued growth. You'll identify, engage, and qualify new sales opportunities while serving as a vital partner to our sales and marketing teams. This is a fast-paced, high-reward role where curiosity, resilience, and strong communication skills shine.

What You'll Do
  • Proactively prospect and engage potential customers using proven outreach strategies
  • Identify prospect needs, challenges, and goals
  • Qualify and route sales-ready opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives
  • Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets
  • Support strategic sales and marketing initiatives as needed
  • Manage time and pipeline effectively in a self-directed environment
What Success Looks Like
  • Strong understanding of our nutrition, payments, and e-commerce solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical software offerings
  • Consistent generation of high-quality, qualified sales opportunities
  • Excellent organization, follow-up, and attention to detail

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 13 years of experience in a sales-driven or customer-facing environment

Additional Details
  • This position is eligible for remote consideration
  • US hourly rate: $21.00 + Quarterly Bonuses + Benefits (final compensation based on location, skills, and experience)
