Anstellungsart: Vollzeit
Sie haben ein Händchen für Organisation, Ordnung und Sauberkeit? Sie überblicken den gesamten Housekeepingbereich und sind verantwortlich für:
- die Leitung des Housekeeping Teams sowie für die Zusammenarbeit mit der Partnerfirma in der Zimmerreinigung
- Die Einhaltung und Umsetzung von Sicherheits-, Hygiene – und Qualitätsstandards
- die Einsatzplanung im Housekeeping
- die Einteilung der Stationen und Schlüsselausgabe
- die Überwachung der Personalbelange der Partnerfirmen
- die Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
- die Erstellung des Housekeeping Budgets sowie die Kontrolle und Analyse der Kosten innerhalb der Abteilung auf der Basis Budget/FC/Vorjahr
- die Unterstützung bei der Erstellung eines Leistungskataloges
- die Vorbereitung der Arbeitszettel
- die Organisation der korrekten Handhabung und Lagerung von Fundsachen
- die Überwachung des Wäscheumlaufes
- die fachgerechte Anleitung der Auszubildenden und Praktikanten
- die Führung und Schulung des Teams in Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten
Das macht Sie aus:
- Sie sind ein ausgezeichneter Kommunikator und verfügen über ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kollegen, Gästen und Mitarbeitern
- Sie arbeiten wirtschaftlich und können gut mit Zahlen umgehen
- Sie sind belastbar und auch unter Zeitdruck noch hochmotiviert
- Sie verfügen über eine positive Grundmotivation und verstehen es, Ihr Team zu motivieren
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert und treffen zeitnah und zügig wichtige Entscheidungen
- eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie
- mehrjährige operative Erfahrung im Bereich Housekeeping oder Logis
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
