Responsibilities/Duties
- Visit accounts on the road for industry specific events
- Attend company promotions and events to represent Buckeye Relief
- Set up merchandising tables
- Attend shows and industry events and represent Buckeye Relief
- Generate leads and facilitate sales while in the field
- Visit accounts for business development
- Attend/facilitate events, meals, experiences for customers and their staff
- Liaise with sales and marketing to facilitate orders, merchandise and swag
- Report back to company on a daily basis about goings-on in the field
- Attend marketing and sales meetings on a weekly basis
- Elevate the brand of Buckeye Relief
Qualifications/Skills
- Sales and Operations experience
- Flexible work schedule
- Proficiency at remote work
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Willingness to spend long hours on the road and travel on a daily basis.
- Technical Skills
- Willingness to adopt to new software
- Detailed proficiency with ERP, CRM, e-commerce and other sales software
- Experience with METRC
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Adaptability to new software & programs
- Thorough understanding of the rules of the Ohio Medical Marijuana Program
- Customer service experience
- Communication skills and etiquette
- Comfortable in a collaborative start-up environment
- Available 9-5 Mon-Sat (40 hr work week)
