On the Medicare Solutions Team, we're proud to play a vital part in the insurance process. We educate advisors and their clients and sell Medicare insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Quote, present, enroll, and service Medicare business
- Monitor case progress, track down requirements and provide ongoing status updates to client and advisor
- Educate yourself on the latest product offerings and industry developments and, in turn, educate advisors on those subjects to help create new business opportunities
- Continuously look for ways to expedite and improve our processes and services
- Maintain positive relationships with your advisors and clients
Talents and Abilities
- Positive attitude, team spirit
- Track record of success in fast-paced customer service environment
- Detail-oriented
- Strong phone and computer skills specifically Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to quickly learn use of our internal and carrier software
- Customer service-oriented attitude geared toward helping consumers
Education and Experience
- Life & Health Insurance License is required
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree with major in business or related field, plus two to three years of related experience
